Alicat mass flow controllers combine a laminar differential-pressure flow sensor with an integrated control valve to deliver precise, repeatable gas flow regulation. They respond in milliseconds and provide simultaneous readouts of mass flow, volumetric flow, pressure and temperature from a single device.
